Some people tend to be less thirsty in colder weather, so they drink less water in the winter than in the summer. The problem is that even in winter we can experience dehydration. Yes, winter dehydration is a real thing and it leads to difficulty concentrating, poor memory, and bad moods.
As I built my coaching practice I created a bunch of health hacks to help myself and my clients create healthier habits. In this episode, I will share several hacks to ensure that you are drinking enough water throughout the day to avoid winter dehydration.

Every diet and weight-loss strategy has its pros and cons, but for any to work, you’ve got to get your mind right. Shifting your mindset about how to lose weight is the biggest factor in losing weight. Recognizing this truth was an ah-ha moment for our guest today, Loraine Martinez Bellamy.
Loraine was inspired to work with me after hearing another client share her story. One of the questions she asked herself before agreeing to follow my process was, "What are you willing to do differently?" Loraine answered that question for herself and she's created a 10-pound weight loss result without following a cookie-cutter diet.

In the United States, Thanksgiving is a really big eating holiday. Unfortunately, we set ourselves up for failure when it comes to Thanksgiving dinner.
This is not completely our fault.
Between the TV commercials, cooking shows, magazine covers with all the pretty pictures of the Thanksgiving food, it seems like everybody's talking about Thanksgiving dinner and all the yummy dishes. There are so many prompts out there in the world that are telling us it's okay to overeat by building the anticipation of all of the foods we can expect.
So yes, Thanksgiving is about eating, but that doesn't mean you have to let the meal wreck your weight loss goals. You don't have to fall for the hype. You can do Thanksgiving differently this year.

One of the things that comes up for my clients during coaching along with overeating is overspending. I always say how you do one thing is how you do everything. Because it's the holiday season, and it is that time for gifting and eating and spending, I thought it would be really interesting to introduce you to someone who coaches very specifically on money.
In this episode, you're going to hear from Certified Life and Money Coach, Germaine Foley. Germaine thrives on helping high-achieving women who are really good at making money, but not so great at keeping it.
