In this episode, we’re talking about fake hunger -- what it is and how to ignore it. When I start working with my clients, I find that many of them don't really know when they are truly physically hungry. This is because they aren’t aware of the 3 types of fake hunger that they experience.
Diets allow us to ignore our body's true hunger signals. Dieters are used to following a plan with a schedule of when to eat and what to eat and how much to eat. When you're on a diet, you don't really pay attention to true hunger signals, but you DO pay attention to FAKE HUNGER.
In order for you to stop dieting forever, you have to become aware of when fake hunger shows up for you. Listen in to learn how to head off fake hunger before it tricks you into overeating.
