What does paying off debt have to do with overeating? EVERYTHING.
At least that was true for me. A few years ago, I heard the phrase “no is a complete sentence” while on my debt-free journey. This simple phrase contains a shocking amount of life wisdom. It's the very thought that led me to victory over my debt and in my weight loss journey.
