One of the "rules" of weight loss is that getting 8 hours of sleep can help you lose weight.
Well...that's true and not true.
On top of that, you may not be able to find 8 hours in your day to sleep so that wouldn't work for you anyway!
In this week's episode, I tackle the myth that you need 8 hours of sleep to lose weight. The number of hours shouldn't be your goal and I tell you why and what your goal should be >> QUALITY over QUANTITY.
You will learn 2 things you can do to achieve better sleep quantity starting tonight. I call this the Luxe Sleep Strategy.
You'll also hear me riff on why your goal of wanting to fit into a certain clothes size isn't a real goal and what you should be focused on instead.
