Shifting your mindset about how to lose weight is the biggest factor in losing weight. Recognizing this truth was an ah-ha moment for our guest today, Loraine Martinez Bellamy.
Loraine was inspired to work with me after hearing another client share her story. One of the questions she asked herself before agreeing to follow my process was, "What are you willing to do differently?" Loraine answered that question for herself and she's created a 10-pound weight loss result without following a cookie-cutter diet.
