Most people agree that in order to lose weight, you need to eat less and exercise more, but in many cases, people simply aren’t motivated enough to follow this advice long-term. This is why diets don't work. Just because you follow a generic plan and lose some weight doesn't guarantee that you can maintain it over time.
Every person’s weight loss journey is different since everyone has a different body and goals. With that said, everyone will lose weight differently. What works for some might not work for another person. At the end of the day losing weight is about eating healthier and working out but it also requires a mindset transformation.
